How our eCommerce integration works
Step 1 - Setup
Setting up the software integration with your eCommerce platform is easy and we’ll talk you through establishing that connection. We’ll even provide training on how to use the system, should you need it. Once everything is integrated, the software will automatically start working its magic.
Step 2 - Customer Order
As soon as your customer hits the “buy” button and confirms your order, we receive all the details such as SKUs, quantity, delivery options and more.
Step 3 - Inventory Updated
The details are then automatically entered into our inventory system and the necessary products are marked for picking, packing and delivery.
Step 4 - Tracking
Depending on the delivery option selected by the customer, a courier will be assigned and a tracking number will be issued so that both you and the customer can track the order at any time.
Step 5 - Order is shipped
The order is picked, packed and shipped out in compliance with our pre-agreed SLAs and delivery arrangements (B2C, B2B, palletised etc.)
Step 6 - Checking in
Until the order is delivered, the responsibility of the package lies with you, the seller. With software integration, you can quickly check the status of any orders you have from a shared portal. If something’s not as you’d expect, you can easily get in contact with us.
