“We found Ogden’s to be a great partner to work with. They were helpful, friendly, professional and always prepared to help in getting things done as quickly and efficiently as possible. It really felt as though nothing we requested was too much trouble – they were always happy to spend time building the correct process for all parties involved and were always available at the end of the phone to talk through ways of working.
It is important to state that we are not a simple client to work with. We were selling a new product range and doing so with a complex mix of outsourced customer service and fulfilment – an approach which, combined with our relative inexperience, meant that working with us was not always easy. But throughout, we found Ogden’s to be really flexible, very understanding, and extremely patient. And even though our value and volume levels were often small, that never felt like it detracted from the level of service we received.
